Using Prep'd
By using this site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms. Give us accurate information and use the site lawfully. Joining the waitlist is not a reservation, does not guarantee availability, and does not oblige Prep'd to provide a service.
Health and food disclaimer
Prep'd is a food and lifestyle service, not medical care. Our content, matching and meal recommendations are not diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician about allergies, medical conditions, medications or dietary changes. You are responsible for telling us about allergies and safety needs before accepting any meal or service.
Chefs and in-home service
Chefs cook in your kitchen. Prep'd screens and background-checks chefs before their first booking, and you are responsible for providing safe access to your home and for telling your chef about hazards or household allergies.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, text, graphics and software belong to Prep'd or its licensors, and may not be copied, modified or used commercially without permission.
Communications
If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may contact you about launch and related service information. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We may still send transactional or legally required messages.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent the law permits, Prep'd disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Questions go to enquires@prepd.food.
